01 —When to call us

Does this sound familiar?

You don’t need proof to talk to us — only a question you can’t answer on your own.

  • A family member has left home, a police complaint is filed, and you want to do everything you can alongside it.
  • A debtor, tenant or business partner has moved and stopped answering.
  • You need to find a relative or legal heir for a property or succession matter.
  • You have lost touch with someone important and have only an old address or number.
  • You live abroad and want to reconnect with relatives in a Gujarat town or village.

If any of this feels close, a short confidential conversation is a sensible first step.

02 —What we look into

The ground we cover.

Agreed with you in writing before work begins. You choose what matters; we leave out what doesn’t.

  • Missing family members

We work in parallel with the police investigation and, with your agreement, share what we find with the investigating officer.

  • Absconding debtors and tenants

We trace a current address and place of work so your advocate can serve notice or pursue recovery.

  • Heirs and relatives

For succession, partition and property matters, we trace legal heirs through records, community contacts and field visits.

  • Reconnecting families

For NRIs and families separated by years, we locate relatives and make first contact only if they agree to it.

  • Open-source tracing

Social media, online directories and public records, analysed for the most recent trace of the person.

03 —How we work the case

Careful, lawful, step by step.

Every step is documented and agreed with you. If something can’t be done lawfully, we say so before you commit.

  1. Gather every detail

Photographs, last known addresses, numbers, friends, workplaces and habits. Small details are what move these cases.

  2. Records and open sources

We search public records and the person’s online footprint for recent activity and new connections.

  3. Field inquiries

Investigators visit last known addresses, workplaces and the places the person was known to go.

  4. Confirm, then decide together

Once we have located the person, we confirm their identity before telling you, and agree with you how — and whether — contact is made.

04 —What you receive

Facts you can act on.

Every finding is sourced and dated, and anything we could not confirm is marked as such.

Contents of your file

  1. A trace report with the confirmed current address or location
  2. Supporting evidence: photographs, records and confirmed sightings
  3. An honest statement of confidence wherever a trace is partial
  4. Notes for the investigating officer, if there is a police case
  5. Help planning first contact, where everyone agrees to it

Typical timelineFrom 3 days for a recent move to several weeks for an old trail. We assess this at consultation.

05 —Where we draw the line

What we will never do.

Indian law protects everyone’s privacy — including the person you are asking about. These limits protect your case, too.

  • We do not obtain call records or phone location data — those powers belong to the police.
  • In family cases, we will not reveal an adult’s whereabouts against their wishes.
  • We never pose as police or officials to get information.

06 —Illustrative case files

A typical case, illustrated.

Composites, not real clients’ cases — but the methods are exactly how we work.

  • Scenario 02

Personal & family, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad → Surat, 6 days

    A student who stopped answering

A 19-year-old left his hostel and switched off his phone. His family had filed a complaint and wanted to do everything they could alongside it.

These case files are illustrative — composites written to show typical cases and the methods we use. They are not records of real clients, and the people in them are invented.

Questions

Before you decide.

Straight answers about missing person tracing. If yours isn’t here, ask us directly — in confidence.

Should I go to the police first?

Yes. If someone may be in danger, or a child is missing, call 112 and file a complaint at once. We work alongside the police, never instead of them.

What if they don’t want to be found?

An adult has the right to leave. In family cases, if the person has chosen to go, we will tell you they are safe and can pass on a message, but we will not share their location without their consent. For debtors and legal matters, the address goes to you and your advocate for due process.

Can you trace someone who has gone abroad?

Often, yes, through open sources and records. Whether field inquiries abroad are possible depends on the country; we will tell you honestly what is achievable before you commit.

What are the chances of success?

It depends on how recent the trail is and how much you can tell us. We assess it at the consultation and say so plainly if we think the odds are low — before you pay for anything.
