Illustrative, not real cases

These case files are illustrative — composites written to show typical cases and the methods we use. They are not records of real clients, and the people in them are invented.

Black bars mark the kind of detail a real report would hold back — a name, a company, an amount. Nothing under them is real. Hover over or tap one to lift it.

About these files

Illustrative, by design.

Real clients’ cases stay private — so the files on this page are written to show how cases go, without being anyone’s case.

  1. Composites, not records

Each file combines situations that people commonly bring to an agency like ours. None describes a real client, and none of the people in them exist.

  2. The methods are real

The approach in every file is how we actually work: lawful methods only, each step documented, and honest about what was — and wasn’t — found.

  3. Your case stays private

We never write up a client’s case here. What you tell us is known only to the investigators on your case.
