What we do
Shelter Detectives is a private investigation agency in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. People who come to a detective are usually worried, and they deserve calm, honest help: someone who listens without judgement, explains what is possible and finds out what is true.
We work for families — before a wedding, during a separation, when someone goes missing — for NRIs checking on people and property back home, and for businesses and advocates who need facts before they act.

Who works on your case
Our investigators don’t appear in public — that’s the point. What you can know is who does what on a case, and how. On a smaller case, one investigator may cover more than one role.
Why no photographs?
An investigator whose face is online can be recognised in the field — by the person being observed, or by someone who knows them. Keeping ours out of public view protects your case, and them.
Your point of contact
Hears you out at the first consultation, writes the plan and the quote, and stays your one contact from the first call to the debrief. Reviews every report before it reaches you.
In public places
Observes from public places only — on foot and from vehicles — and logs times, places and people with time-stamped photographs and video.
At the desk
Searches court records, company filings and land records, and checks what you have been told against them — turning the findings into due-diligence reports you or your counsel can act on.
Devices & sweeps
Examines phones, laptops and rooms that are yours to examine — never without written authority — and documents every step, so the evidence trail is as clear as the finding.
Coverage
Our office is in Navrangpura. We take cases across Ahmedabad — from Chandkheda and Gota in the north to Maninagar and Vatva in the south, Bopal and Shela in the west — and travel to Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Bhavnagar and smaller towns when a case needs it.
