Five steps · Lawful by designA clear process for an uncertain time.
Five steps from the first call to the final debrief, with your confidentiality protected and the law respected at every one.
No obligation. What you tell us stays with our team.
The engagement
Five steps, no surprises.
Nothing starts until you have approved a written plan and a fixed quote.
Confidential consultation
Tell us what is happening, in your own words — by phone, WhatsApp, video or in person.
A senior investigator listens, asks a few careful questions and tells you honestly whether we can help — and whether you need an investigator at all. Nothing you say leaves the conversation, and there is no obligation.
Typical time: 30–45 minutesCase assessment & fixed quote
We define the questions, the lawful methods and a fixed written quote.
You receive a short written plan: what we will find out, how, how long it should take and what it will cost. If something cannot be done lawfully, the plan says so. Work starts only when you approve it.
Typical time: Usually within a dayInvestigation
Field work, records and analysis, with updates as we go.
Investigators work the plan — surveillance in public places, records searches, discreet inquiries or forensic examination. On surveillance days you usually hear from us the same evening; on longer cases, at the intervals we agreed.
Typical time: As quoted — days to weeksReporting & evidence
A clear written report, with the evidence and where it came from.
Every finding is sourced and cross-checked, and anything unconfirmed is marked as such. Photographs, video and records come with dates, times and how they were obtained, so your advocate can assess them.
Typical time: Usually within 48 hours of field workClosure & aftercare
A private debrief, and help with what comes next.
We walk you through the findings and answer every question. If you need an advocate, a counsellor or to file a police complaint, we point you in the right direction. On request, we destroy your file and confirm it in writing.
Ready for step 01? The first conversation usually takes 30–45 minutes and carries no obligation.
Start a confidential enquiryConfidentiality protocol
How your information is protected.
Six commitments that apply to every client, whatever the case.
Strictly confidential
NDA on request
We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything, if you would like one.
Codenamed case files
Your file carries a case number and codename, never your name. Reports refer to people by initials.
Encrypted storage
Notes, photographs and reports are stored encrypted and shared only through channels you agree to.
Need-to-know access
Only the investigators on your case see your file. Field teams are told what to observe, never who is asking.
No contact with the subject
In covert cases we never approach the person being investigated, and never reveal who we act for.
Destroyed when you ask
After closure, we delete your file within 30 days of a written request and confirm it in writing — except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
Legal boundaries
What we do — and what we never do.
Indian law protects everyone’s privacy, including the person you are asking about. These lines protect you too.
What we do
Lawful, documented methods
- Discreet surveillance in public places, documented with time-stamped photographs and video
- Open-source research across public websites, social media and online records
- Searches of court records, company filings (MCA) and land and property records
- Discreet inquiries with neighbours, colleagues, former employers and references
- Forensic examination of devices and accounts that are yours to use, or that you are authorised to examine (such as company devices under your IT policy)
- Bug and tracker sweeps of your own home, office and vehicles
What we never do
No exceptions, at any fee
- Tap phones, intercept calls or obtain call detail records (CDRs)
- Get into anyone else’s phone, email, WhatsApp or social media accounts
- Install spyware, or fit GPS trackers to follow anyone
- Place hidden cameras or recorders in homes, hotel rooms or any private space
- Obtain bank statements, medical records or other confidential records
- Pose as police, government officials or anyone in authority
Why this protects you
If an agency offers any of the second list, walk away. It puts you at legal risk, not just them — and evidence gathered that way can undo your case.
Questions
Everything people ask us.
If yours isn’t here, ask us directly. The first conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.
How much does an investigation cost?
It depends on the work — how many days, how many investigators, travel and the records involved. After a confidential consultation you receive a fixed written quote. Nothing outside it is billed without your written approval.
Will anyone find out that I contacted you?
Not from us. Your identity is known only to the investigators on your case, and we disclose it to no one else unless a court order or another lawful demand requires it — and where the law allows, we tell you first. Files carry a case number and codename instead of your name, are stored encrypted, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request. We contact you only in the way and at the times you choose.
Is it legal to hire a private detective in India?
Yes, provided the methods are lawful. We work within the right to privacy recognised by the Supreme Court in 2017, the IT Act, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. That rules out phone tapping, call records, getting into anyone’s accounts and hidden cameras in private spaces. Ask any agency exactly how it will get its information; a good one will tell you.
How long does an investigation take?
Many cases take one to three weeks. Background and property checks usually take 3–10 working days, surveillance is planned by the day, and fraud investigations or tracing cases can take longer. Your quote includes a realistic timeline, and you hear from us regularly while work is active.
Will your evidence stand up in court?
Admissibility is decided by the court, not by us — be wary of any agency that promises otherwise. What we do is gather evidence lawfully and document it properly: dates, times, methods, original files and chain of custody. We work with your advocate so the evidence is prepared to support your case.
Will the person I’m asking about find out?
We plan every covert case so they don’t: we never contact the person, never reveal who we are working for, and we pause rather than risk being noticed. If we believe a case cannot be done without that risk, we tell you before you commit. Checks that need the person’s consent, such as employee screening, are done openly.
Can I meet you in person?
Yes. We meet clients by appointment at our office in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad — or, where it helps, somewhere private that suits you. Many people prefer a phone or video call first. There are no walk-ins — for your privacy as much as ours.
Do you take cases outside Ahmedabad, or for families abroad?
Yes. We work across Gujarat — Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot and smaller towns — and travel within India when a case needs it. NRI families — often checking a prospective match or a property back home — brief us by phone or video call, and we schedule updates around their time zone.
What should I have ready for the first conversation?
Whatever you already have: names, photographs, addresses, phone numbers, documents and a short timeline of what has happened. It is fine if it feels incomplete. We will tell you what matters and what doesn’t.
How do payments and reports work?
The fee is agreed in writing before work begins. Usually part is paid in advance and the balance before the final report is handed over. You receive a written report with photographs or records as the case requires, followed by a private debrief. Invoices and receipts use a neutral description if you prefer.
